Pro Mobility Spain Warranty Terms
General Warranty Duration
- All products sold by Pro Mobility come with a standard 24-month warranty.
Exceptions
- Batteries: Due to the nature and potential misuse of batteries which can reduce their lifespan, batteries sold by Pro Mobility come with a 6-month warranty.
Coverage
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
Claiming the Warranty
- Customers seeking to claim the warranty should contact Mobility Pro Spain directly via email or phone.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, may be required to process a warranty claim.
- In some cases, returning the defective product may be necessary.
Warranty Limitations
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Pro Mobility or an authorized representative may void the warranty.
